Our Clients
Who We've Worked With

MOTEKÂ MEDICAL
Starting Small
Eidolon Strategy has worked with this client from 2008 when Motek was still an early stage startup with just a handful of employees. Eidolon developed the North American market for Motek, initially selling to a few military medical centers. Soon other market segments followed. Revenue in North America grew from $0 to $3M annually, and to over 50 Motek Medical installations with Walter Reed Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, MIT, and other leading healthcare institutes in the US and Canada. Motek's growth was entirely organically funded.

Motekforce Link
Growing bigger
In 2014, Motek and the Dutch treadmill company Forcelink merged and became Motekforce Link. After the merger with Forcelink, Eidolon continued to successfully market and sell the new product portfolio, adding Forcelink's treadmills such as the C-Mill. The C-Mill received a complete make-over and became an absolute hit in North America. Dozens of C-Mills were sold in the US and installed at hospitals, clinics and universities. Still a lean organization in North America, Motekforce Link grew revenue from $3 to $6M and 90+ Motekforce Link installations.

Motek, a DIH brand
At the forefront of developments globally
In 2016, DIH acquired Motekforce Link and Motek became one of the two main brands of DIH, the other brand being Hocoma. The two brands represented a complimentary product portfolio and with the acquisition by DIH the company gained financially more leeway. Elisabeth became the Global Head of Sales for DIH. This included working with existing and new distributors in Europe to grow their business. In 2019 revenue for the Motek brand amounted to approximately $20M. DIH is the leader in advanced rehabilitation technology solutions and innovations for the healthcare industry.
